To load the module for OpenSSL 1.1.1b-GCCcore-8.2.0 please use this command on the BEAR systems (BlueBEAR, BEAR Cloud VMs, and CaStLeS VMs):
module load OpenSSL/1.1.1b-GCCcore-8.2.0
