doppio 1.2.1

Doppio runs jobs using the CCP-EM Pipeliner which comes with job definitions to run various RELION, CCP-EM and other jobs.

Accessing doppio 1.2.1

To load the module for doppio 1.2.1 please use this command on the BEAR systems (BlueBEAR and BEAR Cloud VMs):
