RGT

Regulatory Genomics Toolbox is a python library and set of tools for the integrative analysis of high throughput regulatory genomics data.

RGT-tools

To use rgt-tools you must run a few python scripts, after loading the RGT module:
python ${EBROOTRGT}/RGT/RGT-0.13.2/setup.py This will create a folder rgtdata in your user directory due to the large amount of data you could potentially put in that folder it is best to move the folder into your project directory. To get the required genomic data do: python rgtdata/setupGenomicData.py --all where --all can be exchanged for individual data sets.

Available Versions

These versions of RGT are available on the BEAR systems (BlueBEAR and BEAR Cloud VMs). These will be retained in accordance with our Applications Support and Retention Policy.
