Cell Ranger ATAC is a set of analysis pipelines that process Chromium Single Cell ATAC data.

CellRanger and bcl2fastq

Please note that some of the CellRanger pipelines (e.g. cellranger mkfastq) require the use of another application: bcl2fastq. If required, please select a version bcl2fastq2 to use.

Available Versions

These versions of CellRanger-ATAC are available on the BEAR systems (BlueBEAR and BEAR Cloud VMs). These will be retained in accordance with our Applications Support and Retention Policy.
