OpenFOAM 9-foss-2023a

OpenFOAM is a free, open source CFD software package. OpenFOAM has an extensive range of features to solve anything from complex fluid flows involving chemical reactions, turbulence and heat transfer, to solid dynamics and electromagnetics.

We provide three families of OpenFOAM versions:

• OpenFOAM (OpenCFD Ltd)
• OpenFOAM (The OpenFOAM Foundation)
• OpenFOAM-Extend

Accessing OpenFOAM 9-foss-2023a

To load the module for OpenFOAM 9-foss-2023a please use this command on the BEAR systems (BlueBEAR and BEAR Cloud VMs):

Architectures

EL8-icelake

The listed architectures consist of two parts: OS-CPU. The OS used is represented by EL and there are several different processor (CPU) types available on BlueBEAR. More information about the processor types on BlueBEAR is available on the BlueBEAR Job Submission page.
